| Tain, on the banks of the Dornoch Firth, is the ancient and oldest Royal Burgh in Scotland. Founded in Easter Ross in the 11th century as a place of pilgrimage for St Duthus, it is surrounded by a landscape of famous Pictish monuments and ancient rock art, and renowned as a centre of silversmithing for more than three centuries.
For the past twenty years, we at Tain Silver have been inspired by past masters and continue to carrying on the tradition of fine silversmithing.
